Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark and Austria. Orders are fulfilled from the Netherlands.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free to every supported delivery country.
What is the order cutoff?
The cutoff is 14:00 Netherlands time on business days. Orders placed later begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days total.
- Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg: 4–7 business days total.
- France, Denmark and Austria: 6–10 business days total.
These estimates include 1–2 business days of processing.
Are orders processed on weekends?
No. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
Can I cancel an order?
You may request cancellation before dispatch. An order cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
What is the return period?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
How do I obtain a return label?
Email customer service. After authorization, we will send the correct return destination, instructions and a prepaid return label electronically.
Who pays return shipping?
HEARTH & HUE LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank may require another 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery and are subject to availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These may include American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.
