This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through hearthandhuehome.com.

Fulfilment Location

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the Netherlands.

Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to:

Netherlands
Germany
Belgium
Luxembourg
France
Denmark
Austria

We do not accept orders for delivery to countries or regions not listed above.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free to all supported delivery countries. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Cutoff and Processing

Our order cutoff is 14:00 Netherlands time on business days.

Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Netherlands: 1–2 business days in transit; 2–4 business days total including processing.
Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–5 business days in transit; 4–7 business days total including processing.
France, Denmark and Austria: 5–8 business days in transit; 6–10 business days total including processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address errors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands to the supported EU destinations listed above. Customers are not charged undisclosed customs duties or import fees by HEARTH & HUE.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch, when available.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us before dispatch to request a cancellation or address change. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins and cannot be completed after dispatch.
