Products and Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros. Product descriptions, available colors, materials, dimensions and quantities are shown on the relevant product page.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, an unsupported delivery address or a legal requirement.
Captured payments for cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from the Netherlands. Free standard shipping is available to the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark and Austria.
Estimated total delivery is 2–4 business days for the Netherlands, 4–7 business days for Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg, and 6–10 business days for France, Denmark and Austria.
Returns and Withdrawal
We provide a 30-day commercial return period. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
We provide a prepaid return label and pay authorized return and exchange shipping. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks may require another 5–10 business days.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to withdrawal, delivery or defective, incorrect and non-conforming goods.
